We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to our website or services due to technical issues or maintenance.
We request that you carefully review all attached itinerary details and confirm the accuracy of passenger names, including correct spelling, as well as all travel dates and times.
Bookings are confirmed only once payment is received. Failure to receive payment on time may result in cancellation of the booking.

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, and logos, is the property of Blossom Travel Agency and is protected by copyright laws.
Users may not reproduce, adapt, distribute, or commercially exploit content without prior written permission.

Return and Refund Policy

1. Terms of Return

Eligible return requests must be submitted within 5 business days of receiving confirmation or travel documents.

2. State of Return

Returned items (if applicable, such as merchandise) must be unworn, unused, with tags intact.
Travel services may be subject to supplier terms (airlines, hotels, tour operators) and may not always be refundable.

3. Reason for Return

Returns may be requested if the product or service was damaged, incorrect, or not as described.
